In late 2015, I took on the role of Asset Manager for a real estate portfolio situated in a Chicago suburb. My vision was to redefine this traditionally hands-on position into one that was location-independent, allowing me to fulfil my duties from anywhere in the world.
Well ahead of the 2021 pandemic, I pioneered the adoption of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, remote surveillance technologies, cloud-based workspaces, and digital marketing platforms. This foresight enabled me to revolutionise the workspace, setting a new standard for flexibility and efficiency in real estate asset management.
